The Central Saint Martins Birkbeck MBA is for a new type of business graduate: one who can combine creative thinking and innovation with strategic management skills.

In recognition of the cultural economy’s contribution, the course aims to create a new network of practitioners and leaders with hybrid skills and approaches suited to the social and political challenges of a digital and data-driven world. That is, a world in which innovation and creativity are central to the development of new industries, products and services.  
The course is designed to develop essentials skills and qualities needed by employees in the future (as outlined by the World Economic Forum in The Future of Jobs Report, 2016), including complex problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, emotional intelligence and service orientation.
