Nisa Taqiya&#39;s practice is guided by the infra-ordinary. Drawing from daily walks through her neighbourhood, Magic of the Mundane aims to find meaning in the everyday, rediscovering the value of observation.

Rontgen Gu&#39;s work explores the interconnectedness between all things. Northchurch Forest, based on two years of firsthand daily observations, seeks to witness the quiet process of nature reclaiming the local environment. The works, printed on a composite of soil, explore the relationship between urban development and nature.

Yueyi Gu&#39;s practice is centered around retracing the same route over and over. See What I See, Feel What I Feel colligates the principles of psychogeography with the complexities of navigating public space as a woman.

Hernandez Rosales&#39; Hike Your Own Hike takes the form of an outdoor activity org. that encourages curiosity and observation when spending time in nature. Led by a desire to improve mental wellbeing, Hyoh prompts the viewer to disconnect from the bustle of life and focus on the environment around you.

In The Park Walk, Chen explores walking as a research methodology. Located specifically in Kennington and Burgess Parks, The Park Walk seeks to highlight small liberations, escapes from real life.

Powell&#39;s A line disappeared by walking traces the presence of footsteps throughout an hour-long walking meditation. Powell utilises a ground-level microphone to render the physical line walked into a sonic one.

Contemplative Listening

Guo presents Ethereal Whispers - Weather of Hyde Park, a body of research inspired by a walk through Hyde Park. Here, Guo positions the rustling leaves, trees and wind as musicians - allowing listeners a multi-sensory experience from a non-human perspective.

In Atlas of Intangibles, Pandurangan uses score-based data walks in London to record traces of interactions between humans, nature and architecture. The project explores how our personal memories of a place occur from fleeting sensory experiences.

Centered on a sleepwalking figure, ZZZ examines the two intertwining sides of the sleeping mind - lucid and abstract. As the three aspects of the animation progress, the viewer decides where to place their focus.

In EcoSomatic Body Movement, Seguin positions nature as a choreographer. Using Ecosomatic dance, a new area of study that links movement and healing with ecological consciousness, Seguin&#39;s hand-crafted prompt cards encourage dancers to pay attention to signals both inside and outside their bodies.
