Hey, I'm Lily. I am a multi-disciplinary artist specialising in set design for stage and screen. I have spent the past three years developing a passion for production design, creating visuals that have a visceral effect on my audiences. My ambition and eagerness to work in industry have led me to art direct several projects. We, as neurodiverse, don’t fit under the umbrella of what is considered “normal.” We move through a world that has a limited understanding of what we experience every day. This project aims to broaden awareness and understanding of what it is like to be us by showcasing the lived experiences of real people. My project has provided a space for people to share their experiences and create a discourse around what is happening in our day-to-day lives. This is in no way a project to victimise the neurodiverse community; rather, it is here to empower and celebrate our differences while drawing awareness and breaking stereotypes of what having a learning difference means.

A short film exploring what it means to be neurodiverse, aiming to broaden awareness, understanging and breaking learning difference stereotypes.
