My practice is fundamentally interdisciplinary, merging the boundaries between photography, painting, and digital manipulation to create unique visual narratives. By experimenting with various media, I challenge traditional concepts of what constitutes an image and explore new ways of expression. This approach allows for a dynamic exploration of themes, where the process itself becomes as important as the final outcome. My work strives to create a tactile experience that invites viewers to reconsider the interplay between digital and physical forms.

This project explores adornment as a form of bodily ornamentation showcasing it as an extension of self.

I wanted the series of images developed throughout, to evoke a statement, as fashion isn’t subjected to only clothing but also how we choose to visually manifest and embellish our persona. The way we adorn ourselves is a reflection of who we are, who we aspire to be, and the cultural narratives that we weave around our bodies. My work captures these personal and communal stories, using the body as a site where identities are expressed.

Using the base of printed photographs, I altered their appearance using unconventional materials and paint, introducing texture and vibrancy. The technique and process used display a play on the organic and artificial.

Final work
