Vexed Run is a pop-up event designed to allow teenagers to delve into a wide range of negative emotions through the act of running. This unique experience presents a series of physical interventions that actively prompt teenagers to express their negative emotions through physical movement, providing an invaluable opportunity to reflect on these emotions.

The experience begins with teenagers choosing a character to accompany them on their journey. The character will curate and direct their experience within the physical environment. The project aims to promote a cultural shift that encourages the acceptance of negative emotions that teenagers often suppress. Through this experience, teenagers will be able to develop their own coping mechanisms for dealing with negative emotions.

“It’s okay to be negative!”
