Sound is intrinsic to our world, influencing cellular function and division. Yet, artificial sounds often drown out the natural, yielding esoteric repercussions for organisms at all scales. What if we harnessed sound frequencies to engineer materials that counteracted these effects? Enter Soundwall: an interior architecture soundproofing wall. Its tiles, crafted to exhibit distinctive sound patterns, manifest as a tangible representation of our auditory environment. Grown from fast-growing, carbon-hungry grass seeds, these foam-like tiles effectively absorb mid to high sound frequencies. Soundwall uncovers the hidden realm of soundwaves, inspiring inventive frequency applications for positive impact and nurturing a future of sound consciousness.
