The project Sweet is my graduate collection inspired by the story of John Sutcliffe and Atomage.

Sutcliffe realised his love for leather when he decided to make a comfortable, fitted motorcycle jacket for his girlfriend after realising there were none on the market at the time. This grew into a love for leather craft and kink that inspired his leather business and the magazine Atomage.

This collection explores the act of making as an expression of devotion to another.

It follows the narrative of a man who compulsively makes fetishwear and intimates for his partner. This obsession spills into his public life, showing up as threads caught onto garments, leather and nods to fetish incorporated into his everyday wardrobe.
